The warehouse plays one of the key activities in supply chain by creating time utility to the product.
We deliver medical supplies to the door step of each health facility in Zambia consistently and efficiently.
The Procurement Department is responsible for the acquisition of supplies, services.
We are investing in the future with a series of multi-million dollar major projects designed to improve service delivery.

Operations , Business Model and Quality Assurance

MSL's quality assurance system is based on the International Standard - ISO 9001 quality management system standard and WHO quality assurance model. All MSL business processes are fully automated through various platforms, automated systems include the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS) , Warehouse Management System, Enhanced Zambia Inventory Control System (eZICS)
