MSL's quality assurance system is based on the International Standard - ISO 9001 quality management system standard and WHO quality assurance model. All MSL business processes are fully automated through various platforms, automated systems include the Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS) , Warehouse Management System, Enhanced Zambia Inventory Control System (eZICS)
